Hong Kong stocks rose 532.93 points, or 2.55 percent to close at 21,437.49 points on Thursday.


The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 21,177.63 and 21,503.71. Turnover totaled 73.07 billion HK dollars (about 9.42 billion U.S. dollars). (1 U.S. dollar = 7.761 HK dollars)
