(ECNS) -- Zheng Jie, a well-known Chinese tennis player, has led 767 tennis fans to create a new Guinness World Record with the largest number of people bouncing tennis balls simultaneously for 15 seconds.
Marking the approaching China Open, the event took place at the National Tennis Center in Beijing on September 5.
Participating fans included celebrities from China's entertainment, sports and media circles.
It broke the record set in 2012 when 681 tennis fans bounced balls simultaneously during the American Open.
