Photo taken on May 2, 2013 shows high water level under the Yinpenling Bridge on the Xiangjiang River in Changsha, capital of central China's Hunan Province. Heavy rain swept Hunan Province from April 29, pushing up the water level of the Xiangjiang River by 0.34 meters within one day to 29.89 meters by 8 a.m. of May 2. (Xinhua/Long Hongtao)
