The core principal of China's "comprehensively deepening reforms" is the government should delegate powers to lower levels to unleash all the social vitality and give full play to all sources of social wealth for the benefit of the people, said an economist. [Special coverage]
The government is not only expected to delegate powers in the economic field, but also in social issues, such as social management, said Wang Yuanhong, a chief economist from the State Information Center, during an interview with cctv.com on Tuesday.
Then, private capital is welcome to coordinate with the government's governing capability, Wang added.
Wang also applauded economic, political, cultural, social and ecological constructions, which should be coordinated intensively during the reforms.
The general objective of the reforms is to improve and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics and push on with modernization of the country's governing system and capabilities, according to a communique issued after the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
