习近平同沙特国王通电话：两国有必要深化各领域合作


国国家主席习近平17日应约同沙特阿拉伯国王萨勒曼通电话。习近平表示，中沙关系发展迅速，已成为各自对外关系中重要的双边关系之一。在当前国际和地区形势复杂变化的背景下，两国有必要深化各领域合作。我愿同你保持经常性沟通，不断提高两国关系水平。




Chinese President Xi Jinping and Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud have talked over phone, discussing the situation in Yemen.


During the phone call yesterday, Xi urged him to accelerate a political settlement on the issue, based on relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council. He said China is willing to closely coordinate with all parties concerned to push for an appropriate solution.


Salman said Saudi Arabia is willing to push for a swift implementation of UN resolutions, to restore stability in Yemen.
