A man was stabbed to death yesterday morning in a toilet near the Shanghai South Railway Station, according to news on eastday.com.
The killing took place inside a public toilet on Donglibeisan Road, close to the north square of the South Railway Station, witnesses said.
He was stabbed repeatedly and died of massive bleeding, the report said.
Police detectives completed evidence search in the toilet by noon and the man's body was carried away.
Police reportedly detained a suspect for questioning and the cause of the murder is still unclear.
