The Photo shows that the cadets of the Pakistani Navy are visiting the "Weishan Lake" comprehensive supply ship of the 14th escort taskforce of the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) during the "Peace-13" multi-national maritime joint military exercise advocated and organized by the Pakistani Navy in Karachi.
